THE PROJECT

Driekoppies is an active sugarcane irrigation farm in Mpumalanga requiring a reliable, high-capacity solar solution to power its irrigation infrastructure — independent of an unstable grid.

The project demanded engineered ground-mounting structures capable of withstanding agricultural terrain conditions, paired with premium panels sized for the farm's substantial energy demand.

Schletter's precision aluminium ground-mounting systems were specified to ensure structural integrity over decades of operation with minimal maintenance overhead.
